      Pros

      I loved Concentra! The people, passion and mission. I left in advance of the separation from Humana (aka sale and the related uncertainty) not because I disliked Concentra.

      Cons

      Some of the leadership team should have been let go sooner than they were.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
