      Pros

      Has decent benefits, provides training and certifications that you may not have the opportunity to receive elsewhere. Concentra does a good job hiring team members that will fit well with the culture of the company.

      Cons

      I left to seek other opportunities in a management position. There were no other opportunities for me there at the time, and no full-time positions available.

      Great benefits. PTO coverage is great.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
