      Pros

      Great opportunity for growth, lots of experience, many directions someone can go. You can actually change fields within the company.

      Cons

      Concentra leaders have to do so much. With the right organizational skills it can be done. However, sometimes decisions are made above our level. I know they are meant for the greater good, but sometimes it negatively impacts the clinics.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
