      Pros

      They are no longer part of Humana and have made significant senior management changes and as a result have refocused and are doing the right things that made the company the national leader in providing occupational healthcare services.

      Cons

      Lots of change but primarily for the best and should position the company to do very well as it moves forward. With change, it creates worry, but that should settle.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
