The money that's how they keep people.

Cons

They don't care about people period. We are all a number with no voice. 90% of the people you work with don't meet the minimum qualifications to work there. The bottom line is it!!

Cons

Management prioritizes unrealistic production metrics over the quality of patient care and employee well-being. The caseload is incredibly high, often forcing you to handle over a hundred workers' compensation cases simultaneously. This volume is made worse by constant IT system lags and an inadequate network of orthopedic doctors, leaving you stuck between frustrated patients and unhelpful insurance adjusters. Management offers very little support, relying on micromanagement to hit numbers rather than addressing the root causes of burnout. The compensation is also too low for the immense level of stress and volume required.
