During my 2.5 years in this company, colleagues of the same job title had over 200% turnover rate in my area. Not worth the low morale, constant turnover, and burn out culture. Toxicity embedded through all levels of leadership at least in the region I was working at (both ops and medical). Medical and Ops leadership don’t get along and work against each other. People who start out decent eventually become toxic due to the work environment. Revenue and bottom line are prioritized over good patient care. Employees are always looking for something better and people who stay are people who feel stuck or don’t have a choice based on their current life circumstances. Unfortunately this company will likely continue to do well despite all the things wrong with it because they will continue to make money off of injured workers. But if you are looking for a job, definitely stay as far away as possible from Concentra.
