      - casual dress code policy - stable company for majority on contracts - unqualified staff can develop in positions - diverse people - gain experience in a role then move to better paying company is a must

      Cons

      - pay depends on your job title, not your productivity - managers promote those they like, not those that are the best - poor communication and recognition - poor benefits - facilities are dire in most locations

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
