Good culture with a generally great team. Projects are interesting as long as you like working in the enterprise space.
Cons
Growing rapidly with new offices opening globally. Lacks cohesion of systems and tools, and quality of output varies across different offices.

Thanks so much for the feedback. The business has certainly evolved and we see lots of businesses looking to drive efficiency and productivity improvements using technology. That said -- we haven't given up on customer facing digital products just yet! 60% of our work still reflects this world.
Good call-out on consistent use of systems and tools. The industry and market is ever evolving and it is really important we focus on continuous improvement. I'm looking to focus on One Team -- with consistent use of systems of tools -- with a balance of local flexibility to reflect the business size and the local nuances. I would encourage you to speak to your local GM to share your thoughts. With your feedback we can continue to strive for continuous improvement. Cheers, Alex
The people and team leads are nice for where I work.
Cons
For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
