Pros

It is a call center job. Benefits were alright.

Cons

The company doesn't value it's employees. It will often hire people in bunches and then lay them off when not needed anymore. The pay was alright. It is a call center that values the numbers not the quality of the call. You say the script but it mainly boils down to getting off the phone as quickly as possible. Quality of service is not really a concern. When I was laid off they brought a room of about 10 people in to notify them and had security clear out the desks, which felt like a violation to me.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
