Pros

The new Belfast building has some good benefits, there are big windows and reasonable toilet facilities. The holiday allowance is also good, but on many contracts although you're entitled to bank holidays you have to work the actual bank holiday and take the time off at another time of year.

Cons

The wages are incredibly low, even for the management- which means you're managed by someone who feels under-valued and under-paid. Training is minimal, sales people are badgered into shouting down the phone, you're often forced to work bank holidays (including Christmas day), the upper management have absolutely no interest in the employees as anything other than cash-cows. As you can imagine staff turn-over is very high. People loose their souls here, and sadly it is filled with QUB graduates.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
