      Pros

      I'm getting making money although but a lot for the abuse you take from customers and dealing with non helpful supervisors

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training, micromanaged, tier2 who really don't know anymore than agents so you stick waiting and waiting for an answer they don't know.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
