      Dynamic company to work for. Going through major growth cycle with good future prospect to grow further. Down to earth management with approachable style.

      Missing clear business strategy. Certain parts of organization are not very mature.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
