Dynamic Environment Everyday is a different day with different sets of challenges
Cons
It is essentially big start up company but on a global scale after Concentrix's acquisition of IBM's arm. Lack of processes and systems, unclear senior management and very much cost cutting and profit driven. There's only so much you can cut that it begins to affect adversely performance.
