      You need to get all the good that you need. You want a IT Career this is the best place to start. People who don't have degree or one who is still persuading can work here till you complete your studies.

      Cons

      Poor and worst Management. Too much of politics. Especially all the Assistant Managers are real nut holes.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
