      They need to get be able to win more contracts to avoid laying people off abruptly as soon as you are no longer needed

      Pros

      Very strong culture, clear the company cares for its employees, higher ups are good people who deserve what they have. Room to grow, room to develop, great opportunities.

      I know this sounds fake but there really have been no cons
