Pros
There is absolutely nothing good about this company!! It is a SCAM. As a Sr. Software Engineer, I look back at when I worked for this company and warn that accepting and signing there contract is the biggest waste of time and effort, you're better off going to youtube and watching tutorials from there for FREE. Honestly thats how bad this experience was!!
Cons
Where do I start? -They promise you excellent training, but its all people on skype from overseas googling training material -They promise you a job after training, this was also a lie...they coach you to lie on interviews and then abandon you once you have the job -They make you sign a contract saying you will pay them back upwards of $45,000 when you get a job -They will not teach you anything that you will help you in your career. During my time there we only went over creating a table in SQL we literally created 20+ tables and did nothing with them, no explanation of what a table was used for, no JOINS between the tables, we didnt even populate the table with dummy data, we just created empty tables. -They want you to "fabricate" your experience -They give you a stipend of $150 a month for working 40hrs a week. -They make up projects for you to put on your resume
