With private clubs, the staff is almost at the mercy of the membership because it is still a private equity club. With Concert, if you don't fit our culture and show respect to everyone that works here, you need to find another club. To have the support of your company when handling difficult consumers who are high maintenance and sometimes inappropriate, makes me feel secure and confident that I am appreciated as their employee. -Training. The amount of training and support I was provided with when I stepped into my role was life-changing.
