Pros
I joined Genesis in 2012 and this company is growing rapidly. I was somewhat hesitant to make a move at first, simply based on not being able to find much info on the company. As a privately held business it was tough to find credible and recent information on the web, but after meeting with the leadership team I was excited to make the move. A few of the pros: - entrepreneurial - fast paced - significant growth - clear business strategy
Cons
The expansion also carries some challenges. I need to juggle multiple tasks and work side projects at times if a dedicated resource isn't assigned or in place yet. This is almost a positive though since I'm getting more exposure to things I wouldnt have had with my previous employer.
