Business Outlook
Pros
Not too much micromanagement. A decent amount of potential opportunities to contribute creative solutions. A mostly relaxed working environment (good camaraderie, casual dress within reason tolerated, etc.) with pleasant middle management and staff.
Cons
Company has somewhat schizophrenic outlook on business strategy - flits from idea to idea every 2 years or so, with substantial layoffs between. Unrealistic expectations for both project delivery timelines and profit goals. Constantly reinventing the wheel due to not learning from history.
