Pros

Office Building is clean and neat.

Cons

People are used and then let go. The work environment is toxic. VP’s, and Sr VP don’t care about their employees, and only look to use you until you can’t take anymore or they are done with you. Good employees are let go constantly and they try to find reasons why not to pay you bonuses. There use to be a culture of leadership who cared and valued employees and nourished employee involvement. That is long gone with promotions of individuals to VP and Sr VP positions who just demand orders. They have huge system problems and can’t get them resolved because of the high turnover in all departments. The system issues impact customers, and ultimately the employees spend majority of the day defusing upset customers without the tools to fix issues or satisfy customers. Upper management does not trust their employees to resolve situations, so there is nothing that can be done to help the customer. Yet employees are held to goals and standards that do not take into consideration the fires being put out each day. I would NOT recommend working here, even to my worst enemy.
