Business Outlook
Pros
The company has pretty good benefits (health/dental/vision), and many are able to work a fairly flexible schedule. Business is growing at a solid pace, so things are ever-changing allowing many to learn new skills and be exposed to duties outside of their normal realm of responsibility.
Cons
The executive and senior management groups seem rather cut-off and out of touch. The Operations department is given incredibly high goals with an annually cut budget. Just like any other office setting, politics play a big role, and many members of management favor those one might describe as "yes men".
