Pros

The teams are international with offices in the US and in France. You will find different cultures and backgrounds. The product solves a real problem and helps customers. There are some issues but way better than what I've seen in other companies. Most issues are solved very quickly by the product/engineering teams. The tools improved a lot during my time there.

Cons

There are so many things that still needs to be done or defined. The company tries to find its sweet spot and you need to be able to adapt quickly on change. This is exciting but also exhausting sometimes. The time difference between Austin and Paris can be tough and we can loose a lot of time because of it. Language and Culture difference can be a challenge.

I really enjoyed working at Concord. The team in France is amazing—super smart and always willing to help. There’s a genuine culture of sharing and learning, which made a big difference for me.

Cons

there were a lot of features to get used to, and sometimes it felt a bit overwhelming.

Co-workers bond through trauma, suffering the CEO's abuse.

Cons

Every word about the CEO is true. In his own words, he hates the world and hates people. This comes through in his treatment of his employees. Literally everyone I know who has worked at Concord is traumatized. Several of my former coworkers are in therapy due to the CEO's behavior.
