The compensation is competitive for after-school enrichment programs, scheduling is communicated well in advance, and the company truly focuses on providing high-quality programs for students.

Like most after-school enrichment programs, scheduling follows the school calendar, so programs run in cycles during the academic year.

They're simply fantastic. Communicative, supportive and there is consistent work available, though not sufficient for full-financial independence, a great part-time gig if you love working with kids. And it pays pretty well!
