Pros

you get to choose the assignments you accept, so you can end up only working the fields you want to. the project wages can be good but the hours can also be relatively short so you could end up with a sporadic schedule that may require you to travel a lot.

Cons

firstly, the payout is once monthly which can be inconvenient if this is a primary source of income. secondly, communication is a bit of an issue at times between Concorde clients, instructors..

Pros

Concorde Education is very organized and professional. Communication from the coordinator is clear and supportive, and instructors are given flexibility to create engaging lessons while still following the program structure. The compensation is competitive for after-school enrichment programs, scheduling is communicated well in advance, and the company truly focuses on providing high-quality programs for students.

Cons

Like most after-school enrichment programs, scheduling follows the school calendar, so programs run in cycles during the academic year.
