      Pros

      Compensation was great for the area. Benefits were outstanding. Staff generally is truly top notch compared to many places. The quality of service from areas such as HR, IT and Payroll among many others is unparalleled.

      Cons

      Having trouble competing in the market place. While the quality and talent seems to be there, CTC can't seem to crack back into the markets. Losing major core contracts that the company has held for over 20 years highlights how things are going.
