Pros
can make connections with government employees and other contactors which can open the door for other employment options within Picatinny arsenal.
Cons
No room for growth, minimal contact with management in Johnstown, PA, small office. They also don't offer bonuses. Projects are based government contracts which can be cut. Management is focused on the business rather than the people.
