Pros
Benefits are good. Company has some good employees and has invested in very good IT tools and systems. Offices are getting more spacious as staff reductions - voluntary and involuntary - continue.
Cons
The continued decline indicates the Board of Directors is highly ineffective. The company has no leadership. Management prefers to blames others or subordinates in order to save their job or maintain a strong perception. Levels and salaries of front office and overhead staff keep pace as billable, operational staff declines. C-level salaries and bonuses are sustained despite a 50% reduction in number of personnel.
