Pros
Easy place to work. Management expects very little from the employees. The most difficult aspect of working there is that you have to find your own work to do. When there is work, there is usually a diverse array of projects to work on. It's a flexible work environment.
Cons
CTC's upper level managers don't have a clue about running a professional services company. Over the past few years, the company has laid off more than 2/3 of the staff and they continually lose contracts which result in more layoffs
