      Nice company. Nice managers. Decent pay.

      Cons

      You don't really get to pick your own schedule, it's based on what they have available, and if you're new you're going to get a late night shift because that's what the current advisors don't want. It's like that at any other call center though.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
