Conduent is a horrible place to work I don't think anyone should work here, It's ran like a zoo and not organized and a basically about numbers. They do not care about the employee. Use and abused and easily replaceable. My supervisor at the time was inappropriate. Asked me was I a exotic dancer or am I selling my body on the production floor in front of my peers and coworkers. Another member of management offered and sold me fake check stubs on company time. They lost their contract to clients of conduent and with Sam's club due to not meeting numbers. They wrongfully fired me due to lay offs and lost of clients. Denied me unemployment and said it was because of my attendance but I have legal documents of my doctor notes and excused days and proof that they fired me for dropping a complicated call so they lied to the government
