Pros
It is a job that you can money at. Often have the ability to work as much overtime as you want.
Cons
Management has made promises for the years that they have not fulfilled. These range from quarterly raises based on performance, to a clean work area, to new equipment and revamped work area. Second management makes decisions in ways that hurt morale and the company as a whole. Third the culture is one where the only thing that matters is the numbers from top to bottom. Further it does not reward for performances that are above and beyond.
