Pros

Large number of shifts available, so you should be able to find one that works with your lifestyle.

Cons

Training and coaching desperately need to be improved upon. Writing on the wall states a coaching will be given by supervisor every week and a team meeting will be conducted each week. This doesn't happen on the vast majority of teams.
