      Pros

      Work from home environment. Provide the computer for you to work with. Trainings keep you up to date on the latest changes so you can do your job.

      Cons

      Complete lack of communication. Disregard for ADAAA accommodations. They will promote anyone, no matter how bad, to meet the goals of their contract; so as a good employee you will get little to no recognition. HR is outsourced so any concerns you might have go to a company that will give you generic answers and side with the company that pays them in any sort of disagreement with management.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
