Pros

Pretty Good Hourly Pay Rarely Had GIveaways & Food Catering

Cons

Disgusting Environment. Filthy Carpets & Break Area Chairs/Couches With Visible Bedbugs Crawling on them. Rats will run by your feet while you work. Training is insufficient. Alot of managers are very rude and full of themselves. Hard to get assistance alot of the time. Not one chair in the call center is in good shape..1 or both armrests missing. adjustment levers broken. Too many situations that you can not fix which gets you bad surveys(such as ppl w the main security setting getting locked out of their account) Extensive hold times to transfer customer to correct departments or to get help..which affects your stats. I could go on forever about how much this place sucks. Apple did updates that forced ppl w older phones to buy new ones, and we were supposed to defend them and deny the truth, etc etc etc

Pros

The only real advantage is the ability to work from home. My trainers were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely tried to help despite the limitations of the training program.

Cons

The training is far too rushed for the complexity of the job. The trainers themselves are not the problem—they did their best—but two weeks of training followed by one week of nesting is simply not enough. You're expected to learn numerous systems, document calls accurately, understand complex fraud procedures, and handle back-to-back calls from frustrated or angry customers with very little hands-on practice. There wasn't enough call shadowing or realistic mock calls to build confidence before taking live calls. The learning curve is overwhelming, and the high turnover rate reflects that. On top of that, the pay does not match the stress, workload, or expectations of the position.
