Pros
The only pro is that I get to work at home.
Cons
The company does not care about their employees, in any way, shape or form. Training is horrible, they claim they're not going to just throw you on the call floor and that is exactly what they do. They rush you thru training, and not long after that they make you go thru more training for different levels. You don't have a choice. You're not just one department, you're all of them. And that was not part of the job description. Also, I got a job I didn't even apply for. So that made it worse. Good luck getting any help with anything either. Any mistakes you make will be posted on a team group for every employee to see. Also, take screenshots of EVERYTHING, you'll need it to defend yourself.
