I am unable to think of any. I would say working from home but I've been doing it long before Covid and they micromanage so much they know if you are away taking care of whatever business you need, we are adults and then wasting time having to explain where you were to 5 different people or ways
Cons
Management, their business model is based and pushed on a performance by metrics on a number of different areas of work, calling time handling to surveys, etc. They pay you for this position hourly and there are NO incentives to hit around 13 to 15 of these metrics except leveraging your job. I was in the top 5% of the company in my area of tech support calls only knowing this because I could pick whatever schedule I wanted, but with so many managers, it is just a real cluster. It is a high turnover job I realize it's not a great career I thought I would check it out to see if I could make this some sort of career and in fact, this was a bad mistake in judgment they wasted our time
