Pros

The only pro for me was the pay and get decent breaks for lunch etc.

Cons

1-Switched Supervisors way too often, almost like every other week I had someone new. Changed like the defense against the dark arts teachers at Hogwarts. Lol 2-If you every have computer issues provided by one of their clients. Expect the depo to say you're trying to "steal" someone else internet. 3-Program managers change coastally. 4-Supervisors in my case seem to have to have you word out every single word in a email for them on your behalf to the higher ups. 5-Get way too many accuracies that aren't even your fault. Like the systems are down or you're having to fight to get into the program to work and you let your supervisor know and they seem like they cannot "help" you with it. 6-Even if you follow procedures to a "T" you'll get coachings because they updated it or changed it to something else and you didn't follow the new one. BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T UPDATE YOU ABOUT THE NEW ONE. 8-IF you start moving up they find ways to cause conflict to "let you go" All in all this company isn't worth the money they offer you to berate you and treat you like a item to throw around. It's all about numbers here and they do not care about their employees. They press for one call resolution and if the customer gets one thing handled and has more questions they think you should just rush them off the phone so you don't get in trouble for call handling times. AKA state you're trying to call camp when they can clearly check the recordings and see what is going on. try to blame a lot of their situations on what the "Client Demands." But have some letting you know that it's NOT the Clients it's Conduent as a whole. If I could work directly for the client instead of THIS company I would do it in a heart beat.

Pros

The only real advantage is the ability to work from home. My trainers were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely tried to help despite the limitations of the training program.

Cons

The training is far too rushed for the complexity of the job. The trainers themselves are not the problem—they did their best—but two weeks of training followed by one week of nesting is simply not enough. You're expected to learn numerous systems, document calls accurately, understand complex fraud procedures, and handle back-to-back calls from frustrated or angry customers with very little hands-on practice. There wasn't enough call shadowing or realistic mock calls to build confidence before taking live calls. The learning curve is overwhelming, and the high turnover rate reflects that. On top of that, the pay does not match the stress, workload, or expectations of the position.
