      Pros

      Enjoyed working with great departments. Enjoyed being able to assist teams with arising issues.

      Cons

      Toxic, unstable, unreasonable, inconsistent directions by supervisor. Too much focus on DEI instead of recognizing the skilled employees already in place. No one wants to be the "token" anything.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
