      Pros

      As a tier 1 and tier 2 I had a great time, but when moving to senior advisor the demand for calls and the stress level went up drastically.

      Cons

      They treat you like a number, Point blank, I had a final warning for attendance for more than 8 months ago and because I had a few attendance issues they gave me a a chance and literally said i had to be perfect or if not they would fire me, I went almost 3 weeks perfect attendance, coming in early, and clocking out when i needed to and had 1 instance were my internet was down for 1 hour and for that reason they fired me.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
