Pros

Good and well-known brands to work with.

Cons

The company suffers from weak leadership and HR. India Center head has resigned due to the change in management in the Onsite, which has left the India Center with zero vision and development. The company is not working towards long-term goals; rather working on short-term goals. Employee welfare and employee and HR relation is Zero here. People in the team hardly know about HR.

You’re wealthy enough to be relaxed, but not wealthy enough to be careless.

Cons

but NYC’s costs prevent true luxury unless income is much higher.

Pros

Great to be in proximity to such amazing brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker

Cons

Pay is absolutely criminal unless you're "bonus eligible." Another billion dollar company crying poverty. Also, absolutely zero possibility of advancement.
