Pros
It's better than unemployment, decent benefits, good opportunity to meet people from different walks of life.
Cons
Management plays a lot of favoritism, no leadership skills, no integrity. Cone has a 6 month probation policy for new employees which basically means if management doesn't like you, you can be fired for any or no reason at all (in other words no job security). Human resources will not work in your favor, they cover for each other and will not return your calls if they don't like what you have to say. Now employees that management DOES like can get away with surfing the Internet while at work, taking personal calls all day and calling patients 'idiots' when they're not around, they lie to get you in trouble and talk about each other behind their backs. Totally unprofessional, worst place to ever work for. Salary is below average also.
