Pros
Given the work environment I endured...there aren't toomany pros. The compensation was ok...after I practically before for it. However even in today's economy...all money is not good money.
Cons
They do not respect you as a human being and will work you into an early grave.
Mid-management abuses their position often making professional matters personal.
Some attorneys are arrogant and rude, they tell at the paralegals, slam doors in their face and create a very uneasy threatening environment. This place is not good for your mental health at least 85% if the office wants to quit, but to often they stay because of a warriors sense of loyalty. People are given promotions/titles today are not merit based not earned. People have quit in the middle of a work day just based on the toxicity and attitudes alone. They sell you dreams about advancing within the company, but the reality is only certain people get promoted...for most it's just a dead end. Truthfully not all of the employees embrace "culture diversity"... interpret that how you want.
