Taking care of patients and having good coworkers

Cons

Pay is less than fast food workers make. No breaks. Never get a bonus no matter how hard you work. Employees who do barely any work make the same as the one who is doing their own work and helping others finish their work.. Senior leadership are selfish and greedy. They do not respect employees religions or bodily autonomy nor do they respect patients who aren't vaccinated and their choices.

The leadership team on my unit is absolutely amazing. They truly care about your health and well-being and support you, encourage you and want to help you grow both professionally and personally. My co-workers are kind and everyone is a team player. Pretty good work life balance and the mountains here are incredibly beautiful!
