      I love how hands on the position is. Co-workers are helpful, and management is really compassionate. They encourage growth and help you gain different levels of certification to increase your salary.

      Cons

      You normally start as a float tech and rotate through multiple providers which can be very difficult.

      Pros

      The leadership team on my unit is absolutely amazing. They truly care about your health and well-being and support you, encourage you and want to help you grow both professionally and personally. My co-workers are kind and everyone is a team player. Pretty good work life balance and the mountains here are incredibly beautiful!

      There are good people at this organization and you get to make an impact both seen and felt in the community.

      Cons

      Unhealthy culture. No one seems to really care about how to make the organization better or how to develop talent. Command and control is the prevailing leadership model.
