Pros
Great work life balance, great staff, good benefits and work cafeteria.
Cons
Limited room to grow with the company, and you will start at a slave wage if you don't have experience regardless of your job title. Pay is very low if you are just starting out with the company and the raises are so low they are not worth the wait. I had to get a second part time job just to make ends meets, I eventually ended up burning out so bad I was getting physically ill as I go more and more responsibilities but no pay raise. I would have stayed had I gotten a fair wage, but retail and fast food starting out was paying a lot more.
