Pros
they have a residency program for newer cna or cna that come from long term care to learn effectively. as a cna depending on the floor you end up you can get exposed to a lot of different thing and be tiered to do more with you license (in combination with a MA-R).
Cons
um short staffing has lead a lot of newer cna to be training cna, cost of living is crazy so while wage is better. overall feels like we start newer cna at okay rate but it lead to staff that has been here 1-3 to make close to if not the same as them.
