For night shift staff no support from management or unit educator. New staff released early from orientation due to critically low staffing; despite requests from orientee and preceptor for continued orientation/education. No professional development for experienced RNs.

The leadership team on my unit is absolutely amazing. They truly care about your health and well-being and support you, encourage you and want to help you grow both professionally and personally. My co-workers are kind and everyone is a team player. Pretty good work life balance and the mountains here are incredibly beautiful!
