Committed team of physicians dedicated to caring for their community. Multiple different adult medical specialties- easy to coordinate care between departments.

Cons

Overall poor management of support staff- high turnover of MAs, billing, tech support, etc. Rapidly replacing MDs with APPs who have minimal oversight.

The leadership team on my unit is absolutely amazing. They truly care about your health and well-being and support you, encourage you and want to help you grow both professionally and personally. My co-workers are kind and everyone is a team player. Pretty good work life balance and the mountains here are incredibly beautiful!
