Pros
The interview process was short and sweet. All in all, I think I was done within a week. There was never a shortage of time or people and I felt like everyone I met with was passionate about the work that they were doing. The CFO and CEO were even willing to have follow up calls to address any last minute questions I had. I was able to accept my offer knowing that without a doubt, I was making the right decision.
Cons
They ended up renting out an even bigger space that I wasn't able to see until I joined...not really a Con.
