Confluent has unfortunately taken a turn for the worse - the culture is no longer there and different "strategic" decisions are made every week - Now it needs more services and "solutions" - But what you forget is that with a sales cycle of 7+ months you can't overturn everything at any time. Wrong management decision Micro Sales Management Missing or insufficient onboarding One always wants too much and too fast Sales leadership is not qualified - super political
